Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate role information, timely feedback, lawful hiring decisions, and final employment checks required by their business.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment timing, replacement terms, and any guarantee period should be confirmed in writing before recruitment work begins.
Candidate introductions
Candidates introduced by HireFlow should be treated as confidential introductions. Any direct engagement following introduction may be subject to the agreed fee terms.
No guarantee of hire
HireFlow aims to provide suitable screened candidates, but final hiring decisions, employment outcomes, and workplace performance remain the responsibility of the client and candidate.
